Tier Group & Tier

The Tier Group & Tier feature in LoyaltyOS enables businesses to organize customer ranks based on their engagement or loyalty levels. Various Tier Groups can serve different business needs or loyalty marketing campaigns.

Tier Groups act as containers for Tiers, representing a list of Tiers within a loyalty program. These Tiers often offer different rewards to customers based on their engagement level, encouraging ongoing participation and fostering loyalty within the customer base.

To access Tier Group & Tier

Step 1: Click the Operator Config icon located in the bottom left corner of home screen.

Step 2: Go to Program Design.

Step 3: Go to Tier Group & Tier.

Step 4: The Tier Group List is displayed.

Step 5: The Tier Group order can be modified using numbers. Click the Tier Group Order button at the top right of the screen, then drag and drop the Tier Group Name to the desired number and click the Save button.

To create a new Tier Group & Tier

Step 1: Click the Create button located in the top right corner of the screen to create a new Tier Group.

Step 2: In the Information tab, enter Tier Group information including:

  • Tier Group Name

  • Description

  • Avatar

  • Background

  • Status

Then click the Save button to save the information.

Step 3: Go to the Tier List tab next to the Information tab, and the Tier List will be displayed.

Step 4: Click the Create button located in the top right corner of the screen to create a new Tier within the current Tier Group.

Step 5: In the Information tab, enter Tier information including:

  • Tier Name

  • Description

  • Avatar

  • Background

  • Validity: Validity period, Specific day, or Unlimited

  • Status

Then click the Save button to save the information.

To create a new Offer using the existing Tier

Step 1: Go to the Tier Offering tab, located beside the Information tab, to access the list of offers associated with this Tier.

Step 2: Click the Create button at the top right of the screen, then select the Offer Type from the displayed pop-up. Offers can also be created conventionally using the Offer section in the left menu.

To create the Tier Group Rule

Step 1: Fill out the Tier Group information in the Information tab.

Step 2: Navigate to the Tier Group Rule tab, where a list of six rules categorized by purposes for the Tier Group is displayed, including:

  • Purpose 1: Assign Tier in HIGHER Tier Group

  • Purpose 2: Update Tier

  • Purpose 3: Keep Tier

  • Purpose 4: Downgrade Tier

  • Purpose 5: Assign Tier in LOWER Tier Group

  • Purpose 6: Default Tier

Each rule comprises two components: Condition and Action.

Step 3: Set up the first rule to Assign Tier in HIGHER Tier Group.

Step 4: Set up the second rule to Update Tier.

Step 5: Set up the third rule to Keep Tier.

Step 6: Set up the fourth rule to Downgrade Tier.

Step 7: Set up the fifth rule to Assign Tier in LOWER Tier Group.

Step 8: Set up the sixth rule for the Default Tier.

To view or edit an existing Tier Group

Step 1: In the Tier Group List, go to the Action column and click the "â€Ļ" icon in the respective Tier Group row.

Step 2: Click the Edit icon.

Step 3: The details about the Tier Group are displayed for viewing or modification.
