Offer Tracking

Step 1: Click on Tracking in the left-side menu and select Offer Tracking from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: The Offer Tracking screen displays essential information for monitoring offer performance.
Tracking Sections include:
  • Policy Tracking: Monitor and adjust offer policies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • KPI Tracking: Track the progress of Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of your loyalty program.
  • Member Tracking: Manage and analyze customer information and behaviors within the loyalty program.
  • Issuance: Track and manage rewards issued to customers, such as Loyalty points, gifts, products, or privileges.
Future Tracking Features:
  • Transaction Tracking: Review and analyze the transaction history associated with the offer for insights into customer behavior.
  • Rule Tracking: Monitor and adjust rules associated with the offer for optimal program performance.
  • Profile Update Tracking (To Be Determined): Track updates to customer profiles within the loyalty program.
  • Rank Assignment Tracking (To Be Determined): Monitor the assignment and progression of customer ranks within the loyalty program.
Step 3: In the Policy Tracking, users can search for specific offers to monitor their performance based on:
  • Merchant
  • Offer Type
  • Offer Name
Users can monitor key metrics through progress charts represented by different color milestones:
  • Dark Blue: Progress 0-25%
  • Green: Progress 26-50%
  • Yellow: Progress 51-75%
  • Red: Progress 76-100%
Metrics include:
  • Timeline: Duration of the offer, remaining time (number of days).
  • Budget Limit: Total budget allocated for the offer and remaining budget (VND/USD).
  • Transaction Limit: Total transaction limit and remaining transactions based on the established frequency for each program (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime).
The users click on Edit Offer to make necessary adjustments based on monitoring and analysis. Users can modify policies, budget limits, timeline, or other parameters as needed.
Also, click on Export to download performance data for further analysis or reporting in the system's proposed format.
Step 4: In KPI Tracking, users can observe:
  • Set Targets: Check the predefined targets for the loyalty offer.
  • Progress: Monitor the offer’s current progress, displayed as a percentage.
The user can also click on the Export button and choose the desired format for exporting data as proposed by the system.
Step 5: In Member Tracking, users can access a comprehensive list of members who have successfully participated in the offer. Details include:
  • Member Code
  • Transaction List: A record of earn/burn transactions for loyalty offer rewards, including:
    • Transaction Datetime
    • Transaction Code
    • Activity Code
    • Transaction Value
  • Offer Limits per Member: Monitor both transaction and budget limits set per member by frequency (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime)
The user can also click on the Export button and choose the desired format for exporting data as proposed by the system.
Step 6: In Issuance Tracking, the user view details of rewards/Loyalty Currencies issued to members based on offer rules.
  • The list of transactions related to Loyalty Currency Issuance, including:
    • Issuance Datetime
    • Loyalty Currency Name
    • Tag Name
    • Value
    • Billing Price
    • Rule Name: The name of the offer rule that members are satisfied to receive the reward.
    • Transaction Code
    • Member Code
  • The list of transactions related to Rewards Issuance, including:
    • Issuance Datetime
    • Reward Code
    • Reward Name
    • Quantity
    • Operation Cost
    • Selling Price
    • Rule Name: The name of the offer rule that members are satisfied to receive the reward.
    • Transaction Code
    • Member Code
Users click on the Export button and choose the desired format for exporting data as proposed by the system.
