Welcome to UEngage's Campaign Distribution feature, your one-stop solution for seamlessly reaching your target audience with personalized messages. With this powerful tool, you can effortlessly distribute your pre-crafted messages across two versatile channels: Zalo SMS and Zalo OA messages.
Campaign Distribution offers a myriad of benefits to streamline your marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement:

Campaign Distribution Process
Step 1: Click "Create Campaign"
Step 2: Provide the campaign's name, a brief overview, and the timeline for sending your message.
  • Specify whether you want to send your message immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.
Step 3: Choose Distribution Channel
  • Option 1: Via Zalo
    • ZNS (Can send promotion messages to your audience proactively).
      • Using Utop account: 100 FREE messages (with Utop brand name)
      • Using your account:
        • Requirement: Pre-registered brand name with Zalo
        • If you don't have a Zalo OA account, you can contact us for further information.
        • If you already have the Zalo OA account but did not show up yet, please integrate to our solution.
    • Zalo OA (Only able to send to those who have subscribed to your ZaloOA channel)
      • Using your account:
        • Requirement: Pre-registered brand name with Zalo
        • If you don't have a Zalo OA account, you can contact us for further information.
        • If you already have the Zalo OA account but did not show up yet, please integrate to our solution.
  • Option 2: Via SMS
    • Requirement: Pre-registered brand name with local authority
      • If you don't have a SMS account, you can contact us for further information.
      • If you already have the SMS account but did not show up yet, please integrate to our solution.
Integration is one-time set-up process. Feel free to contact us if you cannot do it yourself.
Step 4: Select Target Audience
  • Option 1: Auto-Segmentation
    • Requirement: You are using Haravan or KiotViet and had been integrated successfully with UEngage.
      • If you are NOT using it but import customer data from CSV / Excel file, please choose Option 2: Contact list
      • If you are using Haravan or KiotViet but did not integrate with our platform yet, please check to our integration page.
  • Option 2: Contact list
    • Remember at User Management, you did upload your customer data? If that's step is done, your target audience should appear here.
    • Simply choose it and move to next step.
Step 5: Select Suitable Message
At this step, we have prepared hundreds of Zalo SMS templates for you to use. Feel free to pick whatever may fit your audience.
Each of the message template, it's better to double check (mapping data again) to ensure there is no mistake. Default value is will be used when the mapping data is blank.
For example, let's say you have 100 customers but 20 out of them, you only know the phone number and email address but not the name. In this case, if the default value is "Our beloved customer" then even when the name is missing, the customer still received the message like "Dear our beloved customer"
In the CTA_1, this is where you copy and paste the Landing Page that you created previously. You can also use your website address, hotline... for the Call to Action button. Once you finish this process, it's time to have a look again, just to make sure.
If the every is good to go, simply click "Start Campaign" at the top right corner.
